At Prelude Australia, our vision is that all children can access supports regardless of where they live.
We know for children living or moving to regional areas it can be challenging to find Early Childhood & Therapy Support providers that work together using the transdisciplinary approach that follows the National Guidelines for Early Intervention, and is recommended under the NDIS.
Here, at Prelude Australia we are committed to providing support to families living or moving to regional communities and most importantly delivering these supports in partnership with your local team from local services where possible.
Your supports will be delivered by a Key Worker and a Collaborative Team that may include a:
- Early Childhood Teacher
- Speech Pathologist
- Occupational Therapist
- Therapy Assistant
Your team will be built around your child and family, that may include your virtual Prelude Australia team and any local supports you have available. We will work together to support you to achieve the goals for your child and family.
If you are already receiving supports with Prelude Australia and move away, you can also continue services with our VECTS team.
Our VECTS team are committed to delivering truly connected supports that are accessible and focus on innovation to create opportunities for more families and communities to access effective solutions in a way that best serves them, now and in the future.
Check out our Early Childhood & Therapy Support to learn more about the best practice transdisciplinary approach described in our Connected Beginnings model and the role of the Key Worker and the Collaborative Team.
Just like our local services, our virtual supports are all about real people, in real places, doing real things.
