Early Childhood and Therapy Support

We deliver best practice early childhood and therapy supports that are evidence based funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Medicare and Private Fee Payments.

The Connected Beginning model is our way to describe the transdisciplinary approach that follows the National Guidelines for Early Intervention, and is recommended under the NDIS.

Support delivered by Key Worker and a Collaborative Team that may include a:

  • Early Childhood Teacher
  • Speech Pathologist
  • Occupational Therapist
  • Physiotherapist
  • Psychologist

Your Key Worker is the person who will provide you with the most support. Their role is to learn about your child, the people who are most important to them and the routines that they participate in every day.

Your Key Worker will learn about the goals you have for your child and your family, and plan with you how we can develop strategies together to achieve them.

Your Key Worker will help coordinate your collaborative team, planning with you who, when and where you need specialist support from other professionals.

Your Key Worker will be on this journey with you, learning from the team about how to best support your child and continue to coach you to embed the strategies into your every day life.

Your Key Worker and collaborative team will partner with you to find real solutions that focus on building relationships, participation and independence.

It's about real people, in real places, doing real things.
